Salary: £15,700 with OTE incentive of £1,200
Hours: 9am -5.00pm (3 days) 11.30am to 8.00pm (2 days) and 1 Saturday in 4 weeks

Due to exciting growth within their already established and thriving business, our Client is expanding and looking for Support Administrators to join the sales team and share their future successes.

Working with partners including Confused.com, Gocompare, Money.co.uk and uSwitch, as well as attracting their own direct customers, they provide an on-line and telephone service for consumers allowing them to tailor quotes, shortlist policies and buy the best and most cost-effective levels of cover for them. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do, and they do not cold call or operate a "hard-sell" business.
The Welcome Associate has the opportunity to create a great impression of the company being the first point of contact. Our client is looking for friendly, confident and upbeat individuals to share the benefits in order to generate and refer a lead for the Sales Advisor.
As our Client is regulated by the FCA they are unable to take applications from anyone with a history of bankruptcy or IVAs. Unspent CCJ's will be considered on an individual basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing excellent customer service in line with the company's standards, procedures and guidelines.
Answer all inbound calls in a proactive and customer focused manner, ensuring that calls are answered and redirected within an agreed service level.
Acting as the first point of contact on call campaigns to bolster a customer's interest and generate a lead for the Sales Advisors.
Support the Sales Support department in busy periods by completing medical and lifestyle questionnaires with customers with a high regard for accuracy.
Provide administrative support within the customer journey.
Achieve and maintain targets for productivity, quality and compliance.
Talk positively about the brand with customers, raising awareness of full product offering and
take advantage of cross sell opportunities.
Have a high regard for compliance within an FCA regulated business and adhering to all legislation and regulatory guidelines.

The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Math's and English at grade C or above.
- Minimum of six months relevant customer service experience (desirable).
- Experience of working in an outbound Call Centre role (desirable).
- A background in working within financial services or regulated environment (desirable).
