Centric recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator with payroll experience to work out of our Aberdare office, the hours will be 24 hrs per week, Monday to Wednesday. We are looking for someone to be an integral part of our team as our new office grows.
Creating records on database;
Co-ordinating bank details and payment records;
Providing cross team coverage when necessary;
Dealing with general client and candidate enquiries;
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent attention to detail;
Impeccable administration and organisation skills;
Advance knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Previous experience in the recruitment sector would be an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at the highest levels, internally and externally;
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills;
Problem solving and data management skills.
