Job Role: Office Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £9.36 - £11.10 per hour
Term: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm (37 hours per week)

Our client is a wholesale packaging company and they require a Sales Office Administrator to join them in their small but busy office. With a healthy and loyal client base, you will be expected to build rapport and support the administration functions on their accounts.

Wide range of office administration duties to include:

Inputting customer orders
Stock replenishment and inputting stock data into an inhouse bespoke database.
First point of contact for all callers and visitors
Chasing customers when accounts are overdue on payment
Supporting goods in and good out in the warehouse
Holiday cover for the Office Manager and Area Manager
Liaising with haulage companies to arrange deliveries
Client visits
Use the company order processing system to provide admin support

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
Proficient and experience user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be a forward thinker and able to use own initiative
Experience of working in a similar role

As some customer site visits are necessary a driving licence is required
