Key Account Co-ordinator Customer Services £26,000 plus generous benefits package


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and providing a consistently professional service by liaising between customers and internal functions to create the best customer experience whilst ensuring the needs of the organisation's business are met.


* Ensure accurate management of high profile customers

* Respond effectively and efficiently to customer requirements either by e-mail or telephone following the requested customer guidelines

* Resolve issues to satisfy customer requirements and ensure prompt payment

* Provide quotations and timings when requested

* Project manage high volume promotions

* Liaise with internal departments at all levels ensuring information is shared in a professional manner

* Keep internal departments advised of potential future business developments

* Prepare weekly/monthly reports within deadlines

* Representing Company during Monthly/Quarterly meetings with customers

* Work with Accounts where required to resolve any payment issues

* Acknowledge and record all complaints in required format and ensure Quality are advised at the earliest opportunity

* Expedite customer orders in a professional manner

* Advise of any potential delivery issues in advance of arrival with the customer

* Managing high volume deliveries, including phase /out of new products to avoid any incorrect deliveries

* Forecast analysis


* Graduate/formal qualification in appropriate subject e.g. Business Studies, Marketing

* At least one year's experience gained in customer services

* Working within a manufacturing environment favourable

* Dealing with high profile customers (face to face on occasions)

* IT Literate (MS Office & SAP)
