Our client based in the Blackwood area are currently looking to appoint a HR /Payroll Administrator for immediate start.

Overview :

To provide efficient and effective HR and Payroll administrative support that meets statutory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities :

* Preparing payroll data for external bureau (up to 330 employees)

* Inputting starter and leaver details via database and to payroll bureau

* Checking time and attendance database - amending clockings

* Dealing with payroll and any other applicable HR queries

* Ensuring HR databases and People folders are up to date and relevant

* Preparation of offer letters

* General HR Admin responsibilities

* Dealing with temporary worker agencies

* Running ad hoc reports and analysis

* Supporting and advising supervisors/line managers

Qualifications :

CIPD Level (3 or equivalent) or Payroll qualification desirable

Experience :

Proven track record in Payroll

Computer literate, used HR systems eg Time & Attendance

Hours of work :

830-5pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch) or 9-530pm

Salary :

£19-20K p/a £9.50 per hour

3- 6 months temporary contract
