Centric Recruitments client is looking for an Administrator with a Sales background to work at their busy depot in Avonmouth.
You will work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
To assist the Depot Manager and Senior Hire Controller in all aspects of the day to day running of the hire depot. To demonstrate excellent customer service at all times, and ensure administration processes are both accurate and timely.
- Provide first class customer service
- Prepare hire contracts, quotations and any other necessary correspondence
- Source equipment as per customer requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best rates
- Send and record mailshots
- Handle enquiries and source new business
- Record enquiries and source of enquiries
- Follow up quotations, tenders and enquiries
- Compile reports
- Maintain accurate records
It is essential that you have some experience within Sales and Negotiation. Available ASAP and able to work full time for the next 12 weeks at least.
Although this role is initially temporary, for the right person it is a possibility it could go permanent.
