Job Role: Customer Advisors
Hours: 11am to 8pm (40 hours per week)

Our client is a leading specialist in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management. They connect some of the biggest and most respected brands in the UK with their customers by providing customer care, technical support, customer acquisition, digital solutions, analytics, back-office and other specialised services to ensure consistently positive customer interactions.
They are looking for customer focused, dynamic people to join a brand new exciting campaign where your negotiation skills will be fully utilised. You will be calling customers to offer them a service to reduce nuisance communication. You will be part of an existing team of outsourcers already servicing many client campaigns.
