Our client is a leading provider of bespoke financial products. Due to their recent successes and growth they now have an immediate start for a Credit Controller to join their busy Credit Control team based in Manchester.

Job Summary:


You must be a self-motivated individual with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity to develop in your role. Supported external courses/qualifications offered and encouraged. You will work within the Credit Control team, ensuring that the company can recover any funds paid out.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out credit control for a portfolio of Clients
* Monthly reporting to the Operations Team
* Helping with post and answering the phone
* Providing assistance to all clients
* Daily verification of invoices prior to funding
* Accepting invoice schedule's and credit note schedules
* Working with the relevant Client Manager and reporting any untoward activity on the accounts

The Ideal Candidate:

* Organised, able to prioritise
* Good commercial judgement
* Strong analytical skills
* Ideally previous experience in a credit control environment
* Able to work as part of a team
* Able to use your own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
