Internal Account Handler

Location: Pontypool

Salary: Competitive

Our client, an innovative global leader in the print and packaging industry sector. Due to recent successful growth we are recruiting for an experienced Account Handler/Estimator. You must have thorough knowledge of Litho/Digital printing.

Role Summary: Your role will be fully supporting the General Manager and Sales Team. Your role will involve sales, estimating and production needs. Working alongside the General Manager, you will organise ongoing jobs in the system. Chasing live estimates and organising customers' needs and diarising meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily, weekly and monthly sales levels reporting to General Manager

* Report on how key accounts are progressing against Targets, and Client feedback

* Liaising with the General Manager daily, dealing with any issues or notifications they may need to be aware of

* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

* Respond promptly to customer enquiries

* Will deal with a High volume of Estimates requests from across the group (training will be given)

* Follow up calls to made to for all Live estimates

* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and orders

* Process orders, job headers, forms, credit applications and requests

* Scheduling and timings to be assessed and presented in order to ensure the delivery date required by the client can be met

* Book out work/Raise Purchase orders

* communicate and coordinate with internal departments and other offices

The Successful Candidate:

* Must have print estimating experience and thorough knowledge of Litho/Digital

* Prepared to take on responsibilities as and when the Manager is out of the office

* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

* Problem analysis and problem-solving

* Must have a good telephone manner and have confidence whilst liaising on the phone

* Data collection and ordering by telephone or electronically

* Make appointments and Manage diaries for the sales Representatives
