By really getting to know the people we work with be it clients, candidates or fellow employees, we believe we can unlock potential, build trust and deliver success.
Firstly, we believe everyone should be treated equally and be given the same set of opportunities regardless of their race, age, gender, sexuality, disability or anything else that might be discriminated against. As the first recruitment agency in Wales to join the Stonewall Cymru’s diversity champion’s programme we actively campaign to achieve legal and social equality for lesbian, gay bisexual and trans people in the workplace.
Having seen the challenges certain groups of society face just getting into employment, we strive to remove these barriers and ensure that opportunities are made available to everyone.
We practise what we preach. After identifying a sharp rise in the number of young people in unemployment, we pledged to help young people into work. Centric has taken on almost 10 young people through the Jobs Growth Wales scheme. We have nurtured and honed their skills, placing them on the path towards a successful future in the recruitment industry.

As a business we are passionate about supporting and enhancing the communities we work in. The staff at Centric are extremely dedicated and enthusiastic when it comes to raising money for a good cause, with many of them taking on personal challenges in addition to our Company fundraisers.
Each year the Centric team champion a local, lesser known charity as we feel it is important to give back to the communities we work in. The company organises numerous events throughout the year in aid of raising money for that cause, with many of our team taking on their own personal fundraising challenges in addition to the company ones.
We couldn’t be prouder of the efforts of the Centric team, which has seen over £5,000 raised for charity in the last year alone!
