Centric was founded in 2014 by an experienced Managing Director whose knowledge, experience and proven successes within recruitment spans some 20 years.  A Senior Management team was assembled of individuals who all share a passion for delivering service excellence to both clients and candidates.

Having worked in the recruitment industry for a number of years the co-founders of Centric felt that as competition and demand was on the increase, the standards of service delivered by some organisations were slipping. And so, the idea was born; to set up a recruitment company that is both commercially and financially viable. One that places people at the heart of its operation.

Since opening the first offices in October 2014 Centric has gone from strength to strength now operating from five branches across South Wales with over 30 employees.
